A few post all in one...

There are 3 different things that I have wanted to post about the past three days, so I think now we'll smash them all together in one. :)

Thursday:

On Wednesday I had a knock on my door and there was a package, I bring it in and open it up, and inside was the most delicious thing in the world... Skipper's Clam Chowder, all courtesy of Kelly. I ate it for lunch on Thursday and called my mommy and bragged. Needless to say, she thinks that Kelly should send her some too. I told her that she can't use my resources. lol

Friday:

Ever since I've been a server, I've wondered how much we actually walk during a normal shift. Well, I went to Wal*Mart and bought a pedometer for $5.00, and put it on when I walked into my place of work, and took it off when I was leaving. I walked 2.99 miles in 5 hours at work, and it wasn't even busy. Tonight we should be busier, as Saturdays are usually busier than Fridays, so we'll see how much I walk tonight. I just thought that it was kind of interesting.

Saturday:

Last night there was some disgusting talk of snow, and I woke up to 4", when last night on weatherchannel.com, they told me light snow flurries. It must have been light snow flurry-ing for a long time to cause this much gross cold stuff to accumulate. Yuck. Snow.

The End.

Thursday: You are quite welcome. And yes, I am exclusively your resource for Skipper's Clam Chowder :)

Friday: I wonder how much I walk around too. Walking back and forth to get racks and put stuff away. I should check it out.

Saturday: We had snow here the other day too... for about 10 minutes, and it all melted once it touched the ground. Sorry :(

The slow demise of Skippers has been a sad thing. Kelly and I went there for his birthday day, and we both agreed to not go back. That's pretty good to be getting so much exercise while doing yur job. I know that when Courtney started working at Target, she lost a lot of weight in just the first couple of months. Too bad about the snow btw.
